Clearly, the procrastinative tendacies of President Fifer have me firmly in their grip. Rather than write a paper, I have created the skeleton structure that will be our GMUMPA Pravda as we navigate the Netherlands and alternate environs.
For those of you not so clued in who may have stumbled across this by accident, we are 9 graduate students at George Mason University, 8 of whom are part of a 16-student cohort of local government employees. We will be studying Subnational Government "on location" in the Netherlands - Der Haige (did I spell that right?) to be precise. Assuming the rest of the group do not recoil at the idea of this blog, we will be posting here to memorialize our trip. Heck, we might even use this to take lecture notes.
